In your role as a Software Security Engineer for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), used to build and operate Google products at scale, you will oversee platform security architecture and guide its evolution in the AI era. You will coordinate closely with IDP engineering teams and Google security teams to ensure finding solutions taking into account existing security requirements and practices. You will be enhancing team capabilities by mentoring and training engineers, helping to scale security knowledge and close existing expertise gaps. You will be leveraging your deep understanding of internal infrastructure, you will challenge the status quo to establish practical operational frameworks with central security teams, driving velocity rather than impediment. Furthermore, you will lead IDP Agentic Security initiatives to protect against risks from autonomous AI.
