We're looking for a Polyvalent Talent, as a Steward (50%) & Kitchen Helper (50%), highly motivated, enthusiastic and competent to rock the kitchen and stewarding! Teamwork doesn't scare you.
As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist your supervisors in the preparation of products for mise en place while respecting 5* standards.
We have a main kitchen for all our outlets: Brasserie 1519, Breakfast, W Living Room, In room Dining & Banquet.
As a Steward, cleaning products and tidying up the kitchen have no secrets for you: you will be responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen, the cleaning and storage areas for dishes, the cleaning of common areas, the cold rooms, etc.
You will be responsible for applying hygiene and safety standards and rules. You will also be responsible for maintaining the kitchen and B&F equipment.
PROFILE
Previous experience in stewarding & as a kitchen assistant, similar position
Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards and products
Fluent in French and English/Spanish
You should be highly motivated.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
