Key Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate records of all new and used vehicle stock across systems
· Track vehicle movements between dealerships, storage sites, and customers
· Coordinate incoming stock, allocations, and delivery schedules
· Perform regular stock reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy
· Update dealership systems (DMS/CRM) with real-time stock data
· Liaise with sales, logistics, finance, and manufacturer partners
· Support vehicle registration, compliance, and documentation processes
· Monitor stock ageing and generate reports for business performance
· Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making
· Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with internal processes.
