ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Stock Coordinator in Mississauga to keep the backroom organized, handle shipments, restock, and support store operations while following loss prevention and safety guidelines. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help move products between floor and backstore, support visual setup, and ensure a smooth in-store flow. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, retail or service experience, a passion for fashion, and a customer first mindset, with availability for day, night and weekend shifts and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
- Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
- Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup

- Experience in retail or service industry
