ALDO Group is hiring a part-time Stock Coordinator in Burlington, onsite, reporting to the Store Manager. You’ll handle shipments, keep the backstore organized and stocked, and support restocking and product moves between floor and back while following loss prevention and health and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, retail or service experience, a real interest in fashion, a strong customer-first energy, and flexibility for day, night and weekend shifts, plus the ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs. The Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Stock Coordinator keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly. From staying on top of inventory to making sure the store is always ready for customers, you play a key role in keeping the flow going.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and efficiently
- Keep the backstore clean, organized, and fully stocked to support sales
- Follow all loss prevention and health & safety guidelines
- Support daily operations, including restocking, moving product between the floor and backstore, and helping with visual setup
