To ensure customers have a good experience  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the store. • Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customers in the store • Merchandise, restock and maintain sales floor as per Brand standards • Responsible for effective replenishment • Responsible for maintaining fitting room standards • Multi-skilled in cashiering, sales floor, customer handling and back-store • Never say “No” to customer  12th Class / Graduation. 2 years of experience in handling customer relations
