Etihad Airways is seeking a UAE National for a full-time Storeman/Inspector role in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Logistics Supervisor to ensure regulatory and company compliance while receiving and issuing stock, updating TPM inventory systems, performing physical inspections, validating documentation, checking for damages or shortages, ensuring correct labeling, monitoring shelf life and tool calibration, maintaining shift handover logs and handling DGR and ESD items in line with GCAA, EASA and MOE requirements, and coordinating FSK and PFSC as needed. Job Description

Synopsis

• The Storeman/Inspector reports to the Logistics Supervisor and ensures compliance to regulatory and company requirements.

Accountabilities

• Accepts stock and issues materials, components, tooling and other products and update of the respective parts inventory systems as per the respective processes defined in the TPM.
• Re-orders, performs physical inspection and completeness of documentation of delivered parts and materials required for the day-to-day tasks in the Tech Ops environment.
• Checks for damages, shortages and incorrect supplied materials and reports to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Receives acceptable materials/returns back into stock under consideration of the applicable related receiving goods procedures and stores them in correct bin locations.
• Ensures that all material / tooling issued from store and accepted into the store is correctly labelled.
• Regularly checks/updates on shelf life of materials and calibration of tools with the related disposition if time expired.
• Ensures that the shift handover log is completed at the end of each shift duty.
• Inspect parts/material for documents conforming in accordance with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements.
• Handle DGR and ESD parts/material in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Arranging FSK as per company requirements and monitoring for part replenishment.
• Arranging PFSC as per company requirements including outstation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Experience: Strong AMOS background preferred with strong communication skills, minimum 3 years of airline/ MRO experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, work under stress and be able to communicate perfectly in English.
• Education: High school leaving certificate /Diploma
