Store Management role puts you in charge of the total operation of a Spirit Halloween consignment store, driving sales and profitability while delivering strong guest service, controlling expenses, and overseeing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup and teardown of a seasonal storefront. You must be 21 or older with a flexible schedule and be prepared for 8 plus hours on your feet, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management is required. Note that you will be employed by an independent owner operator, not Spirit Halloween, and your application will route to the consignment operator who will set wages and benefits. The Store Management oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and, controlling expenses. The Store Management is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. The application that you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
