Our New BCF Taren Point Superstore is a Boating, Camping, Fishing experience centre, like no other. Its the first superstore in NSW, and we are on the lookout for an exceptional Store Manager that wants to come and work at the biggest and best outdoor store in the state.

Our Store Managers are the driving force behind a thriving store, fueling sales success, keeping operations smooth, and creating an environment where teams feel inspired and customers feel at home. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management / leadership experience 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
