Store Manager at H&M Group Chadstone is a full time onsite leadership role focused on hitting sales and profit targets by delivering a great customer experience and developing a strong team through succession planning and structured performance management. You’ll analyse store KPIs, drive the Hello Member program, enforce H&M standards using the Customer Audit Tool, and own recruitment, training and development. You will assess performance, run development reviews, give actionable feedback, and implement plans to uplift your team and store operations. As a Store Manager you are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Area. You ensure you have a Great Team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
Regularly analyse and follow up your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results.
Together with your Store team, you drive Hello Member program in line with country goals.
Ensure your Store’s execution continuously meets H&M standards and follow up using the Customer Audit Tool.
Manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your Store.
You evaluate and manage the performance of your Store Team, including having performance development reviews, putting development plans in place, giving feedback, and following up and taking actions to improve performance and develop your team.
Secure Store Operations Best Practices in your Store, according to the Area plan
