Guitar Center is seeking a Store Manager for our Kennesaw, GA location, a full-time onsite role responsible for end-to-end retail operations, P&L oversight, and leading a team to deliver strong customer experiences. You will recruit and develop managers and staff, schedule to meet forecasted sales, uphold merchandising standards, and foster an inclusive, energetic store culture. Requirements include 4+ years in a similar environment, 2+ years in supervision, intermediate MS Office skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays and evenings, lift up to 30 lbs, and travel up to 5%. Preferences: Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of retail systems.
