Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for Lake Haven NSW, a full-time onsite role where you will lead the store alongside an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants, delivering unforgettable customer experiences and driving sales while living the brand every day. You will coach a high-performing team, ensure visual merchandising and operations run smoothly, and partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance and policy issues. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of Store Manager experience in a busy, target-driven environment, excellent communication and people skills, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, POS and ATS.
