Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a full-time Store Manager in Lethbridge to lead guest services and drive sales and profitability through effective expense control, shrink management, and all merchandising and inventory processes in line with company policies. The role requires prior retail management, the ability to stand long hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds, and a minimum age of 21. Compensation ranges $22.00 to $22.25 per hour plus a broad mix of bonuses and benefits such as paid sick time, vacation, holidays, bereavement and jury duty pay, monthly sales bonus, shrink bonus, various awards, medical dental and vision plans, EAP, a 30 percent merchandise discount, and college scholarship options. The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
