Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween seeks a full-time onsite Store Manager to lead the Mississauga seasonal store, overseeing operations to maximize sales and guest service while managing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown. Pay is 22.60 to 22.85 per hour with benefits including Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program and Retention Pay Program, subject to qualifications. The role requires at least 21 years old, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
