Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween seeks a full time Store Manager for Vaughan on site to oversee the entire operation, maximize sales and profitability, and ensure top tier guest services while controlling expenses, shrink, merchandising, and inventory. You will lead staffing, setup, and seasonal teardown, with a flexible schedule and the stamina to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. A minimum age of 21 and prior retail management experience are required. Hourly pay is 22.60 to 22.85 per hour, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay programs.
