Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a full time Store Manager for the Belleville location to oversee the total operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store, driving maximum sales and profitability through guest services and tight expense control. You will manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown. The role pays $22.60–$22.85 per hour, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program and Retention Pay Program, all subject to qualifications. Applicants must be 21 or older, with a flexible schedule and the ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. For the application, highlight leadership in driving sales, shrink reduction, inventory accuracy, seasonal staffing, and a track record of operational excellence.

Hourly rate ranges from $22.60 - $22.85 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
