Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween in Mississauga is seeking a fulltime Store Manager who will drive total store performance by maximizing sales, guest experience, and controlling expenses. You will oversee shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown from opening to close. The role requires 21 years old, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management is essential. Hourly pay is $22.60-$22.85 with year end and other bonus programs subject to qualifications.
