Spirit Halloween is seeking a fulltime Store Manager for Cambridge to oversee the complete operation of a seasonal store, driving maximum sales and profitability through strong guest service and tight expense control. You’ll manage shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the setup and teardown of the store, with a flexible schedule and a minimum age of 21, plus 8+ hours of standing and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role pays $22.60 to $22.85 per hour with benefits including Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay programs, subject to qualifications. Prior retail management experience is required.
