Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to run the full operation of a seasonal Spirit Halloween store in Belleville. This full-time onsite role pays $22.60–$22.85 per hour and offers Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay and Retention Pay programs, subject to qualifications. You will drive sales and profitability through strong guest service while controlling expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown. The position requires 21+, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience; physical demands include 8+ hours of standing, ladder work, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
