Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager in Kawartha Lakes, ON to lead the total store operation, maximize sales and profitability, and ensure outstanding guest services while controlling expenses. You will handle shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and the setup and teardown of a seasonal store, with a minimum age of 21 and a flexible schedule. The role requires 8+ hours of standing and walking, ladder work, fixture setup, and lifting up to 50 pounds, plus prior retail management experience. Pay ranges from 22.60 to 22.85 per hour, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay programs subject to qualifications.
