Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager for a full-time, onsite role in Toronto. You’ll oversee the total operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability, focusing on guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, and the seasonal setup and teardown. The role requires 21+ with a flexible schedule, 8+ hours standing, ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and prior retail management experience. Hourly pay ranges from $22.60 to $22.85 depending on qualifications, with Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay, and Retention Pay programs eligible with qualifications.
