Spencer Gifts Spirit Halloween is hiring a full-time onsite Store Manager in Mississauga to lead a seasonal store and maximize sales and profitability. The hourly rate ranges from $22.60 to $22.85, depending on qualifications, with benefits such as a Year End Bonus, Tear Down Premium Pay Program and Retention Pay Program (subject to qualification). You will oversee store operations, maintain guest services standards, and manage expenses, shrink, merchandising, inventory, staffing, setup and teardown. Requirements include 21 years or older, a flexible schedule and prior retail management experience; physical demands include 8+ hours standing, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The minimum age requirement is 21 and must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
