YOUR MISSION

You will take full charge of the STP & ETP operations across the resort, ensuring smooth performance, top-quality water standards, and zero downtime.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate, monitor, and maintain STP & ETP plants daily

• Perform major mechanical overhauls and repairs

• Diagnose faults, repair systems, and service components

• Establish and execute preventive maintenance programs

• Test equipment and make precise mechanical adjustments

• Repair and maintain hydraulic equipment and valves

• Use hand and power tools confidently for repairs and fabrication

• Coordinate purchase of spare parts and supplies

• Ensure water quality meets required parameters at all times

• Follow strict health & safety standards — yours and everyone else’s

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Certificate or equivalent

• Vocational Diploma / Technical Certificate

• Water & Chemical Management System Certificate

• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in STP / ETP operations

• Basic computer knowledge

• Basic English communication skills (spoken & written)
