SendBird is seeking a Strategic Major Account Executive in London to own about 15 strategic enterprise accounts, partnering with and challenging large customers to embed Agentic AI into their user experiences. You will build and close a pipeline, develop deep relationships with C-level stakeholders, articulate ROI to technical and business leaders, and navigate complex multi-stakeholder cycles from developers to executives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of 7-figure closes, experience with land-and-expand, and formal sales training (MEDPICC, Challenger). We are building a high-performing sales team at Sendbird and are looking for a Strategic/Major Account Executive to partner with and challenge our largest, most complex customers to incorporate Agentic AI into their user experience. You will be responsible for approximately 15 strategic accounts, working closely with key stakeholders. We value a tenacious work ethic and relentlessly resourceful people. This role is an East Coast remote position within the United States.
