As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, your primary mission is to generate, qualify, and close high-impact enterprise opportunities. You will be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK, executing structured outbound prospection and leading discovery meetings to secure major new clients. This role is designed for a strategic "hunter" who can navigate complex corporate environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the future of work.

Key responsibilities ✨

  • High-Touch Outbound Hunting & Prospecting: Architect and execute a target account list of the UAE's largest unpenetrated organizations. Leverage personal networks, local business councils, and executive networking to secure top-down introductory meetings with CxO-level, CFO, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Expert Discovery & Qualification: Lead in-depth, multi-stakeholder discovery using the full MEDDIC framework to validate pain points, identify the Economic Buyer, and map complex decision processes.
  • Navigating Complex Local Procurement (The "MSA Win"): Take full ownership of the complex corporate governance and procurement cycles unique to the GCC. Navigate vendor registration systems, legal vetting, and compliance requirements to successfully get Malt signed on as an approved, institutional supplier.
  • Securing Landmark Wins: Close high-visibility, 7-figure "landmark wins" with iconic UAE organizations and national champions, creating powerful local case studies that unlock the rest of the market.
  • Market Evangelism: Educate regional enterprise buyers on how Malt consolidates decentralized "shadow spend" and unmanaged tail spend (which typically leaks to legacy consulting firms and bloated recruitment agencies) into a single, transparent, and legally compliant workforce platform.
  • Pilot Orchestration & RFP Leadership: Define and coordinate pilot phases to prove value and build appetite for full-scale deployment. Lead RFI/RFP processes end-to-end, partnering with Bid Management and technical experts to deliver winning proposals.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

    • Professional Experience: You bring a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of proven success within the Middle East market (GCC) executing complex B2B sales cycles.
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the staffing or "future of work" industry (MSPs, Tier 1 recruitment groups, or competitors) is highly valued.
    • Expertise in Complex Sales: You are seasoned in managing 12-18 month sales cycles and 7-figure deals involving multiple corporate stakeholders; MEDDIC certification is a significant advantage.
    • Sales DNA: You possess a "Sales Hunter" mentality with advanced prospection skills, capable of adapting messaging to specific industries and local contexts.
    • Communication: Fluency in English at a native level is required. Professional proficiency in Arabic is considered a major asset for navigating local corporate structures. 
    • Career Growth: You can demonstrate a clear history of professional growth, such as consistent promotions or successfully transitioning from SMB to Enterprise sales.
    • Mindset: You are highly autonomous, self-motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial attitude. You are a curious team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
