You will lead the data center application strategy and roadmap across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and infrastructure markets, translating customer needs into prioritized recommendations and guiding cross functional execution. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in strategy, business development, product, marketing, or engineering, with data center or infrastructure experience and global collaboration skills; a bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred. Core strengths include strategic thinking, market savvy, planning, VOC synthesis, and play development, governance framing, and partner strategy. Leads the Data Centers application strategy and opportunity roadmap to drive growth across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and infrastructure markets. Translates customer needs into prioritized application recommendations and supports cross-functional execution.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: 140,700 – 175,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
