Reports to Director of Strategic Growth | Global Role

About GrowthX

GrowthX is redefining how Okta goes to market and drives pipeline.

We are moving away from volume-based, templatized marketing toward signal-based, cohort-driven programs that meet customers and buyers where they are and produce quality pipeline that closes.

We build intelligence and turn it into pipeline impact.

The Role

The Strategic Growth Program Manager operationalizes account data, business triggers, business context and narratives across regions to improve account and buyer targeting, build signal based demand gen programs, and ensure outbound messaging are relevant to buyers while building pipeline.

You will work directly with the Director of Strategic Growth and partner with Global and Regional teams. This is a high-visibility role with performance tied to measurable pipeline metrics such as pipeline quality, acceleration, and progression to close.

You will elevate the performance of programs and teams that already exist.

This role is built for someone who is not comfortable with the status quo and wants to help shape how a global SaaS company generates pipeline through modern, signal informed demand gen and abm program execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate account and buyer intelligence into signal-based demand gen or ABM plays
  • Partner with Global and Regional Demand Gen and Field Marketing teams to improve targeting precision
  • Embed signal-driven insights into campaigns, programs, events, outbound motions, and expansion plays
  • Focus on pipeline that progresses — not just activity volume
  • Monitor performance across pipeline creation, acceleration, and closed progression
  • Drive iteration and optimization based on measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Marketing AI to build and refine AI Agents that enable teams to self-serve GrowthX intelligence for smarter prospecting and program creation

What Success Looks Like

  • Tight partnerships with global and regional demand generation program owners
  • Stronger ICP alignment and buyer relevance across programs
  • Higher meeting → opportunity → progression conversion rates
  • Repeatable, signal-informed program frameworks adopted across regions
  • Measurable lift in pipeline quality and revenue contribution

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong operator with a bias toward execution and ownership
  • Deep understanding of prospecting, ABX, B2B demand generation, and pipeline mechanics
  • Experience influencing cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to translate data into business narratives and actionable plans
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and raising performance standards
  • Relentless focus on measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Hungry, determined, enthusiastic, and ready to execute at a high level

What You Bring

  • 4+ years in Demand Gen and/or ABM
  • Experience with signal-based GTM platforms
  • Strong understanding of pipeline stages and revenue mechanics
  • Experience partnering with Sales, SDR, and Field Marketing
  • Bias for action, radical ownership, and measurable impact

Bonus If You Have

  • Prospecting / SDR experience
  • ABM program experience across tiered account strategies
  • Experience influencing sales and marketing teams
  • Background in B2B SaaS

Growth Path

  • Lead cross-regional growth initiatives
  • Build repeatable, signal-informed program frameworks
  • Contribute to Okta’s next-generation GTM operating model
  • Expand scope across global regions beyond AMER

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a standalone campaign owner
  • Not a pure analyst
  • Not a project coordinator
  • Not a tool builder disconnected from revenue

This is a cross-functional growth operator role with direct accountability for pipeline performance and revenue outcomes.
