The Opportunity
Working closely with the Global Head of Strategy (Former Bain & Company) , the Strategy and Transformation Associate plays a key role in designing and driving cross-functional strategies that deliver on strategic goals and profitable growth. The role will lead analytical insight to inform decision making to develop strategic narratives for senior stakeholders. You will be a key connector to identify, analyse and realise opportunities that deliver growth. As a group the Strategy and Growth function play a critical role in leveraging quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform long term business strategies and execute commercial growth.
What you’ll do
Get deep into the detail through quantitative and qualitative analysis, distilling insights and making recommendations for leadership.
Advance business modelling and analysis such as value driver and scenario analysis – yes, we expect you to be ‘pro-level’ at excel!
Partner with key roles across the business globally to build insights and align various perspectives, views and inputs.
Evaluate market dynamics and shifts that may impact growth and profitability, using research, benchmarking and scenario analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
Support Board and ELT reporting cycles by developing compelling presentations, strategic updates and decision support materials.
About You
This role is ideally suited to someone with at least three years of experience in Big Four, consulting, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or commercial finance background who is ready to take the next step into an in-house strategy role. Experience in a high-growth FMCG, consumer products, manufacturing, or private equity-backed business would be advantageous.
