We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Structural Design Engineer (UAE National) to join our Engineering team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or early-career engineers specializing in structural design who are eager to develop their technical expertise in structural analysis and design across infrastructure and building projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures.
Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and supporting technical documentation.
Develop and coordinate structural drawings with drafting teams.
Perform load calculations, modeling, and design verification using structural software.
Support preparation of material specifications and technical submittals.
Ensure compliance with applicable design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes) and UAE authority regulations.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, geotechnical).
Participate in internal design reviews and value engineering exercises.
Conduct site visits when required to review structural works and address technical queries.
Adhere to QA/QC procedures and documentation standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with specialization in Structural Design (Civil or Structural Engineering background preferred).
UAE National (Family Book required).
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of structural mechanics and structural analysis principles.
Familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or similar structural software.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Knowledge of international design standards and UAE regulations is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
