Job Description

Student Associations provides a university experience that keeps students at its heart. Led by students, Student Associations provides a range of activities and support services across Griffith University’s Northern & Digital campuses.

Championing the student voice, creating inclusive and welcoming student communities, promoting student wellbeing, providing opportunities for students to develop leadership skills and supporting the diverse needs of the student population are key objectives.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Lead the coordination and operational delivery of the Clubs Program.
  • Champion equity, diversity and inclusion through the support of Student Collectives.
  • Develop and deliver engaging events, projects and programs that respond to the evolving needs of students.
  • Collaborate with students and key stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for connection and engagement.
  • Support initiatives that foster belonging, leadership development and student success.
  • Work closely with the Student Associations Manager (Operations) to drive impactful student-focused outcomes.

About you

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating programs, events or initiatives that drive participation and connection.
  • Passionate about fostering inclusive, engaging and student-focused communities.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes.

What we can offer
This is a full-time, continuing position based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.

Salary Range
HEW Level 6 salary range $ 94,966- $101,295 per annum + 17% superannuation.
