1. Student Enrollment & Records Management
- Enroll students for new intakes andmaintainaccuratedata.
- Issue official student documents (enrollment letters, supporting documents, confirmations, etc.)
- Process campus transfers from Dubai to Germany.
- Carry out program/specialization changes withappropriate approvals.
- Processleave of absence requests and student contract cancellations.
- Issue and hand over student ID cards.
- Maintain student records onCampusNetand the KHDA portal.
- Collaborate with Student Finance, accept payments, and update payment trackers regularly.
- Conduct quarterly checks of student finance records to ensure accuracy.
2. Student and Academic Support & Frontline Services
- Serve as the main point of contact for students requiring assistance and guidance.
- Provide effective support both in-person and through multiple communication channels.
- Manage student wellness appointments.
- Guide students to relevant internal services (IT, finance, academic support, visa, etc.)
- Conduct outreach to students identified at risk and provide appropriate referrals for retention.
- Maintain updated knowledge of all support services available on campus.
- Provide support to academics as per their requirements.
3. Student Engagement & Campus Life
- Plan and execute student activities such as Orientation Week, Freshers’ Party, Awareness Days, and social events including vendor selection.
- Manage and support student clubs and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee and support the Student Council, including training of student mentors.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students and visitors.
- Assist at student recruitment fairs such as GETEX.
4. Events & External Coordination
- Assist with planning and executing on-campus external events, ensuring manpower, administrative, IT, and logistics support.
- Manage visitor parking validation through the DWTC portal.
- Ensuring and submitting all required visitor documents to the DWTC security prior to internal and external events on Campus
5. Administrative, IT & Facilities Support
- Coordinate campus IT requirements and work with the IT team for issue resolution.
- Support Facilities Management with daily operational needs.
- Monitor and restock vending machine supplies and campus office supplies.
- Oversee housekeeping to ensure a clean and presentable campus environment.
- Assist with onboarding new adjunct and full time faculty.
6. Examination Management
- Coordinate and plan all examinations in collaboration with the Examination Office (EO) in Germany.
- Manage the technical setup and execution of digital and on-site and/or online examinations.
- Review examination rules and regulations.
7. Class Scheduling & Academic Timetabling
- Coordinate closely with the scheduling team in Germany.
- Support timetable planning and tracking of teaching units.
- Develop and implement room occupancy plans for all events.
- Evaluate and improve effective use of campus space.
8. Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Maintain updated knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving academic and student service environments.
- Contribute to process optimization across all service areas.

- 1-3 Years of Experience in the student services field or comparative field; Completion of a commercial apprenticeship; Demonstrated practical experience in service: ie hotel industry, customer-oriented administration and/or higher education
