Endeavour College of Natural Health is hiring a Student Success Adviser to cover a 12-month MAT Leave in a full-time hybrid role, available nationally across Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne and Sydney. You will manage a portfolio of students, delivering proactive, personalised guidance on study planning, progression and available support services, while monitoring engagement and progress, identifying at-risk students and coordinating timely interventions. Success hinges on strong relationship building, excellent communication, CRM competency and a solutions-focused mindset in a KPI-driven environment, plus solid organisational skills. The Student Success Adviser is responsible for supporting students throughout their educational journey by delivering exceptional service, personalised guidance and proactive engagement that encourages student success, retention and progression. Acting as a trusted adviser, this role builds meaningful relationships with students, helping them confidently navigate their studies while identifying opportunities to support continued enrolment and achievement of their academic goals.
