Endeavour College of Natural Health is seeking a 12 month MAT Leave cover for a full time hybrid Student Success Adviser, with national availability including Perth and Brisbane. The role proactively supports a portfolio of students with personalised guidance to boost retention, progression and overall success, building trusted relationships across phone, video, email and in person. Key duties include monitoring engagement and progress, guiding study planning, intervening early when needed and resolving complex enquiries with a solutions focused approach, while keeping accurate, compliant student records. The ideal candidate has tertiary qualifications or relevant customer facing experience in a KPI environment, plus excellent communication, organisational and CRM skills. The Student Success Adviser is responsible for supporting students throughout their educational journey by delivering exceptional service, personalised guidance and proactive engagement that encourages student success, retention and progression. Acting as a trusted adviser, this role builds meaningful relationships with students, helping them confidently navigate their studies while identifying opportunities to support continued enrolment and achievement of their academic goals.
