Job Description

Multi-family Experience

This is an active job posting.

  • Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses
  • Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs
  • Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction
  • Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.
  • Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed

Compensation Transparency

The base salary range for this role is listed above and may vary based on your experience. This position also includes a competitive bonus program. Throughout the interview process, we’ll discuss your background to determine the best alignment for your experience level.

Qualifications

  • Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience
  • Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification are considered assets
  • Eight or more years experience as a superintendent for a large general contractor on commercial builds
  • Eight or more years experience with multifamily construction, including prefabricated and framing
  • CSTS20
  • Able and willing to travel and work across Edmonton and northern Alberta
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a condition of employment
  • Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts

Assets

  • Technical diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
  • Gold Seal certification​​​​​​​
