Chandos is hiring a full-time onsite Superintendent in Red Deer to lead field operations on complex projects, anchored in safety, quality, and lean construction while joining a 100 percent employee-owned culture that rewards initiative and accountability. You will steward safety, direct all site activities, manage budgets and schedules, mentor field staff, maintain client relationships, and drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. Minimum requirements: 2+ years as a construction Superintendent for a large general contractor, hands on with all construction aspects, and project exposure in the $0.5M to $5M range with full lifecycle planning.
