The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years in mining or heavy equipment, an associate degree or technical diploma, strong PLC, motor control, electrical schematics and hydraulics skills, leadership experience, relevant certifications, and solid MSHA and OSHA knowledge plus proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital service documentation.
