We’re looking for an experienced 3 Waters Supervisor to join our Hawkes Bay Contracting team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee the construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure, including responsibility significant large-scale water projects.

  • Lead and supervise the delivery of 3 waters construction works across Hawkes Bay.

  • Oversee water projects, managing day-to-day operations, resources, timelines, and delivery.

  • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and environmental requirements, switching on when it counts.

  • Build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

  • Identify better ways of working and support continuous improvement across the team.

Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with

  • 5 years’ experience in 3 waters infrastructure, ideally in construction and project delivery.

  • Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to guide, support, and get the best out of a team.

  • Solid planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capability.

  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job right.

  • Relevant industry training or certifications, plus a full Class 1 licence.
