Dexterra Group is seeking a Custodial Supervisor for a fulltime onsite role in Victoria, overseeing day to day cleaning operations for a mall and related spaces on a 3:00 to 11:00 shift. You will supervise frontline staff, deploy tasks within 20 minutes, enforce health and safety regulations, manage equipment and records, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions and 24 hour injury reporting to WSIB. The role requires supervisory cleaning experience, knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, resilience for night and weekend shifts, discretion, and familiarity with cleaning machinery. As the Custodial Supervisor, reporting to the Account Director, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day cleaning operations of the mall and other areas ensuring they are clean and safe for the customers, building tenants and employees. This is a 3:00 to 11:00 shift.
