This Supervisor - DC_Supply Chain role at Landmark Group in Dubai seeks a hands on leader to manage warehouse staff and oversee daily shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfilment while driving 5S, safety and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with other departments, monitor stock accuracy and provide coverage for absent staff. Proficiency with Oracle WMS or SAP and ERP systems, plus handheld devices, is essential. • Manage a team of warehouse staff, including warehouse workers, driver and other support staff
• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfilment
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks. 
• Maintain proper warehouse layout, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, including filling in for absent staff and covering breaks
• Should be good knowledge of Oracle WMS/SAP

Requirement

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or related role, along with a Bachelor’s degree (mandatory), demonstrating a successful track record of meeting performance targets.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, essential for effectively managing warehouse operations and personnel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a dedicated focus on achieving results and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and handheld devices (PDT). 
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and maximizing productivity.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow
