Ideal candidates bring at least five years in the airline industry, two years in supervisory roles in a unionized environment, strong bilingual communication in French and English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, international travel, and on-call shifts is essential, as is the ability to obtain airport security clearance. Reporting to the Base Manager, the In-Flight Service Supervisor has an everyday crucial role towards the success of the cabin crew members. The In-Flight Service Supervisor is responsible for motivating, informing and coaching all crew members on a daily basis. They contribute to the promotion of a professional, motivating and pleasant work environment while ensuring the application of the company standards and regulations in place.
The In-Flight Service Supervisor is at the heart of the operations to support the teams, to detect any problems and/or irregularities surrounding the in-flight operations and to propose visionary solutions, while keeping in mind the reality of the cabin crew members. The In-Flight Service Supervisor is fully aware of the reality surrounding daily operations and is actively involved in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures surrounding the customer and employee experience.

*A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally.
