• 5 years relevant experience
• Relevant Hort and/or Turf Qualification - Level 4
• Full Class 1 Drivers Licence
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Commitment to quality service and continuous improvement
