At Webasto, quality is not just a word but a philosophy. Great emphasis is placed on the highest product and service standards to meet our customers' expectations. Quality management is deeply integrated into Webasto's projects from start to finish, serving not only as a control function but, more importantly, as a key support function.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Quality responsibility for a defined scope of purchased parts in the field of e-mobility
  • Complaint management in collaboration with the respective suppliers and internal departments: analysis of the problem, initiation of immediate measures, coordination of sorting actions, creation of a defect report, and corresponding inventory management in the ERP system
  • Conducting measurements as part of the incoming goods inspection (if necessary, coordination of inspections with the laboratory and metrology departments)
  • Participation in daily production-related meetings and corresponding reporting

This is what you bring to us:

  • Completed technical training, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar (additional training as a master craftsman desirable)
  • Very good technical understanding (e.g., interpretation of technical drawings, specifications/standards)
  • Good knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 8D report, FMEA)
  • Conversational German/English skills as well as proficient use of SAP and MS Office
  • Responsible, motivated, and team-oriented working style
