Partly is seeking a Supplier Success Manager, NZ, to own the handoff from signed to live on our New Zealand Repair Network and to drive onboarding, day-to-day adoption, and supplier performance from Auckland onsite. You’ll be the primary supplier contact, resolve issues end to end with Solutions Engineering and Product, and translate supplier needs into product and process improvements, while visiting suppliers in person to build trust. The role blends commercial sense with operational rigor and requires outstanding relationship skills, comfort reading data dashboards, and an ownership mindset. To apply, tailor your resume with concrete onboarding wins, performance metrics, NZ supplier experience, and a clear why Partly narrative.
Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts and we're doing that by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world towards a sustainable future where waste is eliminated and all replacement parts are universally searchable, accessible and available to all.

We're continuing to build a world-class team and ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience.
As a Supplier Success Manager, NZ, you'll own the moment a supplier goes from signed to live, active, and performing on our New Zealand Repair Network. You report to the Director of Customer Success and sit at the centre of the NZ supply team.
Once Sales signs a supplier, you take the handoff and make the relationship real: get them fully integrated and listing live inventory, drive day-to-day adoption and engagement, and hold them accountable to strong performance standard, so repairers can find the right part, see accurate availability, and trust the supplier on the other side.
This is a hands-on, commercial and operational role, not a back-office account-admin seat. If you like getting suppliers unstuck, living in the detail of how a network actually performs, and being the person suppliers know and rely on, this role is built for you.
Activate newly signed suppliers. Take the handoff from Sales and drive each new supplier from signature to fully live: integrated, listing accurate inventory and responsive / engaged. Own the onboarding plan and the timeline.
Drive adoption and engagement. Keep suppliers active and invested in the Partly experience. Run regular check-ins, lift usage of the features that matter, and make sure suppliers stay engaged rather than going quiet after go-live.
Own supplier performance. Use Partly's supplier performance features and data to track fulfilment reliability, availability accuracy, response times, and instant offer coverage. Spot where a supplier is slipping and drive the fix.
Be the supplier's main contact post-signature. Become the trusted day-to-day contact suppliers call when they need something. Resolve issues end-to-end with Solutions Engineering and Product rather than just passing them on.
Be the Voice of the Supplier internally. Synthesise supplier needs, pain points and feedback into a clear point of view, and represent it to Product, Engineering and the commercial team so we build and prioritise the right things.
Get out to suppliers in person. Real relationships still get built in workshops and yards. Visit suppliers across NZ when it matters, to build trust and understand their business first-hand.

Customer-facing and relationship-driven. You've owned customer or account relationships before and people trust you quickly. You're comfortable being the face of the company to a supplier.
Hands-on and organised. You manage many relationships and onboarding plans at once without dropping the ball. You chase the detail, follow up, and close the loop.
(Preferred) Comfortable with data and tools. You can live in dashboards and a CRM, read supplier performance metrics, and turn them into a clear next action.
(Preferred) Strong communicator across audiences. You can hold a credible conversation with a supplier, an engineer, and a senior leader, and adjust how you explain things to each.
Commercial empathy, supply-side. You take time to understand how suppliers make money and what frustrates them, and translate that into clear internal advocacy.
Ownership mindset. Proactive, decisive, and comfortable with autonomy in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
(Bonus) Automotive, marketplace or B2B SaaS exposure. Experience in the automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, marketplaces, or supplier-side B2B SaaS is a plus. Sharp generalists welcome.
Please note: if you don't have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many folks, especially those from underrepresented or marginalised groups, often count themselves out. Please allow us to learn more about you and why you're exceptional!
