Sika is seeking a Supplier Sustainability Specialist for EMEA and Group, a full-time onsite role in Zürich. You will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA, monitor procurement alignment with regulations, and collect and report supplier ESG data via dashboards and KPIs. The role also supports carbon data collection, Scope 3, and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives, coordinates with suppliers and internal teams, and seeks opportunities for low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in sustainability or a related field with ESG or supply chain experience, strong project management and analytics, advanced Power BI and Excel, and excellent English; knowledge of GHG accounting is a plus.
