Kinross Gold Corporation is hiring a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant for the Great Bear site in Red Lake. This on-site role provides administrative support across procurement, logistics, and warehousing, including data maintenance in JD Edwards and Omega365, requisitions, tracking, inventory control, and vendor coordination to ensure timely deliveries and audit readiness. The ideal candidate brings three to five years in supply chain or related administration, Diploma or degree in a relevant field preferred, and comfort with mining or industrial settings; JD Edwards and Omega365 experience is a plus. The Great Bear project is a development-stage asset located in the renowned and prolific Red Lake mining district, and represents one of the most exciting recent gold discoveries globally. The project has excellent potential to become a top-tier deposit that could support a large, long-life mine complex. Kinross’ comprehensive exploration and development program will aim to support the vision of a quality, high-grade, open-pit mine and a longer-term, sizeable underground mine.
The Supply Chain Administrative Assistant will provide experienced administrative, systems, and operational coordination support across procurement, logistics, and warehousing activities at the Great Bear Site. This position will play a critical role in coordinating vendors, contractors, and be responsible for supporting daily operations relating to procurement and logistics teams on the Great Bear Site.
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing, or related administration role is preferred.
Experience in a mining, construction, industrial, or other site-based environment is considered an asset.

Compensation and Total Rewards
The base salary range for the Supply Chain Administrative Assistant is $70,000 to $85,000, + Short Term Incentive Bonus, + Group Benefit Coverage.
The hiring range reflects our targeted compensation framework for the role. The actual offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate's experience, capabilities, and potential impact, along with consideration of internal equity, team structure, and benchmark market data for similar positions.
