As Supply Chain Manager – starting by agreement – you play a key role in building, standardising, and continuously developing our supply chain and logistics processes across multiple warehouse locations. You are responsible for the operational management of our warehouse sites in Zurich, Olten, and Lausanne, ensuring high service levels, cost efficiency, and operational stability. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you drive the development of scalable and sustainable logistics structures.
  • End-to-end management of supply chain operations, covering planning, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation, while ensuring defined service levels.
  • Setup, optimisation, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes, including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, as well as inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Responsibility for transport operations and fleet management (in-house fleet and/or logistics partners), including planning, utilisation, cost control, and performance tracking.
  • Support and further development of logistics systems and tools, from requirements definition and testing through to rollout.
  • Leadership of cross-functional operations projects during ramp-up and growth phases.
  • The role requires regular travel within Switzerland to support and further develop our sites in Olten, Zurich, and Lausanne.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in supply chain / logistics, ideally in a multi-site environment
  • Solid experience in logistics and/or transportation
  • Strong hands-on mindset with a build-from-scratch approach; structured, KPI- and data-driven
  • Willingness to work operationally on-site at warehouse locations and to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Fluent German and English; French is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland and a valid drivers licence B
  • Experience in implementing or scaling WMS and/or ERP systems, as well as knowledge of Lean Management / Continuous Improvement, is an advantage
