We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring we deliver safely, efficiently and on time. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Plant Manager, with responsibility for a team of supervisors, team leaders and specialists (5–8 direct reports).

As the business continues to grow, you’ll play a critical part in shaping long-term planning, improving performance and building a resilient, future‑focused supply chain.

Job Requirements

  • Lead mid‑ and long‑term capacity planning based on customer demand and sales forecasts
  • Provide early visibility of risks to customer care and sales teams
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to resolve constraints and maintain flow
  • Own monthly SIOP reviews, ensuring clarity of demand, inventory and supply
  • Optimise inventory through effective MRP parameter management
  • Drive decisions on supply plans with plant leadership
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues around capacity or supplier constraints
  • Oversee supply chain operations including warehouse and dispatch
  • Support continuous improvement, people development and quality collaboration

What your background should look like

  • Extensive experience in supply chain optimisation and planning (8+ years)
  • Proven people leader with 5+ years managing teams of 10–15
  • Strong background in aerospace manufacturing
  • Expertise in high mix, low volume environments
  • Skilled in long-term capacity planning and data-driven decision making
  • SAP ERP experience is essential
  • Experience purchasing across a global supply base
  • Familiarity with warehouse and dispatch operations
  • Confident leading teams through complex operational challenges
