Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Analyze and manage supply chain flows including procurement, inventory levels, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, planning, quality, finance) to align material availability with production demands
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, material shortages, and excess stock while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support supplier communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution related to delivery, quality, and capacity
  • Assist with demand planning, forecasting, and replenishment activities using ERP systems
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, supplier KPIs, and supply chain performance
  • Contribute to process optimization projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and supply reliability


This is what you bring to us

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
