Webasto is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist Coordinator in Plymouth, MI, onsite, full time, to join Digital Solutions and drive production planning, scheduling, and on-time delivery. You will monitor daily output, coordinate schedules and shipment plans, proactively update customers on status, collaborate with production, logistics and suppliers to resolve shortages, manage painted-part supplier communications, and analyze data to spot risks and drive improvements. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in supply chain or related manufacturing, strong scheduling and supplier coordination, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication, plus ERP, Excel and planning tools. You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Monitor daily production output to ensure manufacturing performance aligns with production plans and customer delivery requirements
  • Coordinate production schedules and shipment plans to support on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery status, schedule changes, and recovery plans when supply disruptions occur
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and suppliers to resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and other supply chain challenges
  • Manage and maintain supplier communication for painted parts, ensuring material availability and timely deliveries
  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify risks, anticipate changes, and support continuous supply chain performance improvements
  • Support cross-functional problem-solving activities to minimize delivery disruptions and maintain customer commitments


This is what you bring to us

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, logistics, or a related manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, customer delivery requirements, and supplier coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify changes, risks, and potential supply chain disruptions proactively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain planning tools
