Dexterra Group is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to manage tactical procurement across categories while supporting fixed-asset procurement and subcontracting needs. This role centers on data-driven decision making, building strong supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings across Canada and the U.S. You’ll work on MSAs, pricing and commercial terms, support RFPs, and identify opportunities to rationalize suppliers, SKUs or specifications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, a relevant degree, and strong Excel and communication skills, with experience in contracts and multi-category sourcing; bonus points for fixed assets, automotive, or subcontracting.
